Basic Sign Language Class for Summer 2010

The Holidays are over and even though the weather is still very cool, the time is right to look forward to warm days ahead and the Basic Sign Language Course we have every summer!

I'm calling out to all the graduates especially Batch 8 of the Basic Sign Language Course to help promote and invite students to this summer's Class. Visit us on Sunday after the 10 AM Special Signed Mass for the Hearing Impaired at the Ascension of Our Lord Parish Church, Lagro, Quezon City.

It's the Hands For Praise Community's 10th year! Let's all make it memorable and exciting for all of us.

To the new students of HandSpeak, you may view pictures of our past activities and see what's line-up for the Summer. (The exposure trips you might like but the Quizzes and the pratical exams need getting used to.)

Go to the latest blog for the Student Info Sheer, copy & paste to a word document, print and fill-out and submit to any HANDSPEAK Volunteer after the 10 AM Signed Mass all Sundays until March 7, 2010, which is the first day of classes. See you.

Sure if you're in the Quezon City area, come and visit during our 10 AM Sunday Special Signed Mass for the Hearing Impaired. You may interact with the deaf immediately and we could teach you a few signs, geive you a feel for signing.

Yes, this summer we'll be having Basic Sign Language classes again, keep posted to this website or visit us here at the Ascension Parish, Lagro, Quezon City. Thanks.

Hey BSL Graduates, I need your help for a new title or theme for this year's Basic Sign Language Class. "HANDSPEAK" has become very popular so I might re-use it and just affix 2010 in the end. Nevertheless I still need a new theme and also an idea for a shirt design. I know it's quite early but a lot of us will be very busy this year, being our 10th year and all. If you have any ideas let's talk about it during our after-Mass discussions. See you!

Opo. Next Summer po. We usually start on the first Sunday of March and end on the last Sunday of May. Visit the Ascension Of Our Lord Parish (Lagro) sometime in February 2010, for our recruitment booth. See you po.
